Will Beaumont
Will loves everything to do with solar and cars, especially electric ones. Will has a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Sydney University and a strong background in tier 1 construction and commercial solar working for Lendlease and Solgen Energy /AGL.

Design and Development Manager
Dan Norton
Dan is a triple threat who can design in 3D CAD, fabricate and install. Dan has a degree in Industrial Design and over a decade of experience prototyping and manufacturing complex electro-mechanical systems. Dan has an eye for detail and is the mind behind the module mounting system, production line and transport stillages.

Production Manager
Cooper Flink
Cooper is an experienced electrical tradesman and production lead, overseeing all factory operations and system integration at Canyon Solar. With a background in large-scale infrastructure builds and utility interfacing, he brings a strong focus on quality, safety, and fast delivery — helping scale our canopy manufacturing to meet national demand.

Lead Project Manager
Chris Durante
A Mechanical Engineer with over a decade of experience delivering complex infrastructure across mining, water, defence, and industrial sectors, Chris has deep expertise in project management, contractor coordination, and mechanical integration. He plays a key role in overseeing Canyon Solar’s large-scale canopy deployments — ensuring systems are delivered on time, and to the highest technical standard.

Chief of Staff
El Beaumont
With over a decade of experience in the criminal justice system, El brings insight into people, risk, and complex systems to her role as Chief of Staff at Canyon Solar. As both a former criminal lawyer and trained psychologist, she has managed high-stakes litigation and conducted psychological and risk assessments — experience she now applies to support Canyon’s growth. El plays a critical role in bridging people, process, and technical delivery as the company scales its solar canopy infrastructure across Australia.

Production Administration Manager (maternity leave returning 2026)
Róisín Mullan
Róisín is an experienced professional with a background in education, partnership development, and project management. She plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company’s manufacturing facility in Braemar. She leads EHS compliance, supports procurement activities, and manages production administration with a focus on accuracy, safety, and accountability.

Project Engineer
Connor Worth
Connor is a sharp, data-driven mechanical engineer with a strong technical foundation and a knack for solving complex problems. He supports site delivery, subcontractor coordination, and technical planning across Canyon’s canopy projects.

Leading Hand
Isaac Boonstra
Originally from Tasmania, and joining Canyon in early 2024, Isaac applies his solid construction background as site lead, and is known for his teamwork on site and deep understanding of canopy installation.
